	Andy Condoleon Quality Assurance Andy founded Cosmopolitan in 1963. He has over 40 years experience in delivering the highest quality residential housing in Sydney and Brisbane. His role in the Group is focused on Quality Assurance and Control to ensure we deliver outcomes beyond expectations.			Perry Condoleon Director Perry provides leadership for Cosmopolitan’s operations in NSW and is the licensee and Managing Director of both Cosmopolitan Living and Cosmopolitan Constructions. He has over 10 years construction experience and holds a Bachelor of Building from the University of NSW.
	Michael Condoleon Group Managing Director Michael provides the strategic leadership to the Group’s six business units in both NSW and QLD. He has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and is also an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia. Prior to joining the Group, Michael was a management consultant advising some of the world’s leading multinationals on business strategy.			Chris Condoleon Director Chris provides leadership for Cosmopolitan’s operations in QLD and is the Managing Director of both Cosmopolitan Developments and Cosmopolitan Properties. He has over 10 years experience in property development and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW.
